Return Eligibility & Time Frame
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.
For hygiene reasons, bedding that shows signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by transit may not be eligible for a full refund.
We kindly ask that you retain your order number and proof of purchase to help us process your request quickly.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part—such as a damaged or incorrect item—customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the package arrives safely.
Snugorasite is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered,
please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Send supporting photos to our email so we can quickly verify the issue.
Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange an appropriate replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order through our shop.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

Final Sale Items
